Pros

Remote, earned PTO by accrual system

Cons

Job was advertised as AR Specialist with Ztek Consulting but when Genpact called me it was for Commission Analyst. Was told the hours would be from 9-6pm. Two weeks after I started I was told the training hours would be from 11-8pm since the person training was on PST time. Manager only reached out one time to go over my adp time, no orientation at start date. Training was watching pre-recorded video then 1 hr of remote training for 3 weeks. Person training didn’t allow you to ask questions and was quick to get an attitude when you weren’t able to grasp the information. Was supposed to have 4 weeks of guided training. The 2nd week of guided training, person training us decided to stop helping and the 2 cases per week that I was supposed to get turned into getting 3 cases a day with no help. After 2 months of working, still didn’t receive access to all of their systems so I could properly learn but was still expected to do the work. Upon my resignation, no exit interview was given or explanation of exit process. Management seems to be at a loss as to why 10 ppl have already quit but you can’t expect ppl to stay with no help and treating ppl disrespectfully when they try and ask for help.

Pros

Market rate compensation, not much else

Cons

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
