Well to start off the staff does not communicate at all. The first day we started we didn’t even know our schedule or what we were supposed to be doing. We say around for 3 hours waiting for instructions. Nothing was organized at all, anytime I asked a question the only answer I received was “I don’t know” or “I’m not sure” Another thing is they did not pay me,I waited over a week and they never sent me my direct deposit. I sent over 40 emails , called numerous times and I was ignored. I called the cooperate office as well and no one returned my phone call. It’s very unprofessional, someone at Genpact went into my profile and changed my account and routing number without my permission. I had to beg this company to pay me and I still haven’t been paid. I’ve filed a complaint with the US Department of Labor.
