Zero communications between teams. Actively refuses to invest in its data infrastructure. Their benefits have Huge deductibles for families and are very mediocre. Big Brother Is Watching You! They will literally monitor your IM's and Emails to individuals to use against for termination reasons. My manager ensured me that upper management does not do this. This turned out to be false!
