Pros
* Decent hourly pay (for now)
* Decent time off policy
* Some great co-workers
* Decent Quarterly Bonus for Hourly workers
* Nice Health Insurance options with ways to reduce weekly deductions
* Life insurance Policy (bare minimum but has one)
* Occasional overtime work
Cons
* With current cost of living crisis. The current hourly wage may not be enough in the next couple of years
* Progressive company
* Hard to move up in company, more external hiring over internal
* Dysfunctional leadership for the building I worked at
* Possible gender bias, noticeable increase of women moving up the company
* Building I worked at is known for high turnover. Because of it, burnout occurs because of mandatory 6 - 7 (8 hours) day work weeks.
* A lot of finger pointing/blaming others when something goes wrong
