Company does not care about it's employees, we are nothing but a number. Using staffing models is not how you run a successful business. Patient care is suffering. The staff is grossly over-worked and severely under paid. Not all offices fit their one size fits all model. Three TOTAL staff in the office if you have less than 100 patients, this is including the DOO, DCS, and one other person. And they keep cutting more jobs. Nurses too. When the nurses they have are breaking down already under the work load they are having to carry. The health insurance is a joke. You pay over a $100 a month and cannot even use it until you pay out another $2500 a year to the deductible. So if your sick, too bad.
