Nothing is good about this workplace

No carer progression! Bully central, can’t wait for the day they burn to the ground due to their lack of staff support and toxic working environments. Avoid entity work they are horrible. Don’t ask for training it’s not provided and you don’t get training days you’ll have to take AL. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! AVOID

Initially was a great place to work due to very talented field staff.

Extremely toxic management culture and massive pressure on employees has caused a huge turnover in skilled field staff, making the role next to impossible to perform.
