Pros
Pay is really good as the company is a startup and has to overpay to attract talented people to work here. Co-workers in your office are really nice and mostly supportive. Long term could be a great place to work once all the kinks are worked out.
Cons
Numerous broken promises for this company. We were looked in the eye and told we could interact with leadership and they will respond. They would respond and be accountable. That has not fully happened. HR person does not respond at all some times and you end up talking with your supervisor to make things happen with HR. Leadership was not being responsive and you only talk to those in your office. It is just like any other corporate mental health clinic. Very disorganized and if you are not a favorite you will be treated differently. They initially wanted to make sure their workers were not being overworked and now they are putting intense pressure on clinicians to overload their therapy schedules. In addition, you are expected to use your lunch break to do paperwork because they cram your schedule and do not give you office hours for your paperwork as other clinics. Another broken promise. The EHR program is hard to use and no one really likes it.
