They understand that your responsibilities as a student (academics, not extracurriculars) come first before the job. Free housing (the main reason why most people take the job)
Cons
Opening and closing is always a mess, they always try a new method of running things each semester, it just leads to more chaos and confusion among the staff. Different supervisors have different sets of expectations.
