Pros
Treated people reasonably well. It's a huge institution, so much variance between departments for sure. The school is changing VERY rapidly, so anything I know may be out of date, but I was happy there
Cons
Seemed to have a lot of teaching responsibility. They also certainly lean on adjuncts pretty heavily to fill courses.
