My experience here has been wonderful for the past 3 years

Rules are constantly changing so you must adjust

Hybrid work, reasonable hours and good work life balance (depends on managing attorney). Rewarding work and inspiring, dedicated, and friendly coworkers. Union has made some great wins: Student loan forgiveness program is great and health insurance is good. Great PTO and holidays. Ample opportunities for training.

Pay is low comparable to most legal jobs, which can lead to higher turnover. Management not super union friendly and sometimes there seemed to be a disconnect between executive leadership and other offices.
