Pros
Some very nice people and a good building.
Cons
Poor leadership from the top down. Very political as the CEO is appointed by the governor and favors are done to gain favor. IT department is in awful shape with no clear direction and people leave before their chair gets warm. There is no loyalty towards employees and no rewards for good work. It's a disaster waiting to happen.
