      -Flexible schedule that allowed me to set my own hours as long as I got the work done. -Good summer internship for a sophmore level engineering student

      -Training was drain out and subpair -Not a good summer internship for a junior or senior level engineering student -Job was somewhat tedious

      Pros

      Good salary, paternity, parent bonding leave is wonderful, 401k, vacation, etc

      Cons

      Maintaining a work/life balance was difficult due to being forced in on days off or forced over after your shift. Training was kinda throwing you in and hoping you get it. Short term layoffs can feel unpredictable sometimes. It feels like there's a divide between company and union employees.
