      I don't know of any pros except that a lot of the remaing employees like the place because the can get over

      Pay stagnant, benefits get worse every year, managers that don't know how to manage

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
