      Pros

      Compensation and Benefits package are among the best. Unfortunately that doesn't help if they don't have enough work and start cutting hours.

      Cons

      Not enough hours. They have lots of work one week and the next you barely get 40 hours. There needs to be more accountability in the upper management.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
