      Pros

      Employees I worked with were spectacular, great crowd to work along side with.

      Cons

      Management was poor, and decisions made weren’t thinking as an entirety but more so about the amount of Mandy to be made taking on more work than could be produced. In turn overworking employees.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
