      Pros

      as an hourly employee pay is good benefits are good. get holidays off.

      Cons

      salaried pay is below par. work life balance is horrendous. money not being spent in mills for much needed upgrades or equipment replacement. HR runs the company. if you have an opinion, you are in the wrong.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
