      Pros

      good pay, lots of overtime when wanted. when the mill runs good you get a bonus weekly.

      Cons

      no one is held accountable for anything unless the facilitator has a problem with you. Several people run and cry to supervision and hr about any and everything.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
