Pay could be better but it is a small growing company

This company mostly pays on time.

Terribly run company by people with no photography experience at the top. A cookie cutter operation with no regard to skill or image consistently. There were frequent times throughout my tenure I offered clear solutions to solve issues day to day for myself and other employees. Was dismissed time and time again. I filed a formal complaint about a coworker that was the cause of some of these issues, after offering my help and solutions to improve and fixed this. I was then removed from the schedule and let go after a month without work. Day rate pay and frequently working anywhere from 8-14 hours. Frequently in the 10-14 hour range for me. Was told to work off the clock by members of management. Thankfully this was alleviated when I got them to put it in writing. Clients have no respect for you and will be very rude frequently. Again due to Geskus operation which you will pay the price for as you are the face of the company. But you are not allowed to help fix it. As another review said, tablets that are the key to doing the job frequently crash, causing massive delays to the job day, angry clients, headaches Tylenol will not solve.
