The company don't care about you at all they stack services back to back and make you late to your next appointments then tell you to tell the customer why your late there goes your tip and most likely you will get a low rating. This company is so called eco friendly they reclaim water but at the end of the day they dump the reclaimed water and chemicals behind the shop in some woods You work in 100 plus degrees working 10-14 hrs a day 5-6 days straight if you get sick you still have to work even if you call in the day before if you don't find somebody to cover your shift your fired You work past your scheduled shift times every single day so don't make any plans after work They even tell you you can't leave before your scheduled work time even if you complete all the services for the day but they are quick to have you working past your scheduled times When things break they don't fix it they tell you to deal with it or they lie and say they will fix it They don't give lunch breaks they want you to bring lunch everyday You don't have PPE to clean up vomit feces or blood They take out 20% of your tips that you make when customers tip through the app per service but you were the only one who sweated and earned that money They give you so much work and make you work as if you were a slave They also send out emails every week they try and meet a new record every Thursday and they tell you how much they made but you don't get no bonus from all that money you made the company They do give bonuses out but it's pointless you might make the company $1200 that day with yourself alone but the bonus they give you is $50 During the interview they ask you if you have kids if you do it's basically a deal breaker if you have anything that happens with your kids or family at home they don't care they want you to keep working and making there money The CEO introduces himself and trains you the first day makes you feel welcomed makes it seem like it's a awesome job they buy you jimmy Johns the first day then after you work there for a week or few you will notice he doesn't speak ignores you as if your nobody he doesn't even have the common courtesy to say hello or ask you how you are doing for lunch tell you that you will make $20 a hr plus tips in reality it's $13 a hr plus tips that they tax unless you get cash Other managers also talk to you any types of way they cuss you out or disrespect you but the moment you do it back to them they are quick to fire you The customer service is called scheduling they give you services back to back don't care if your not feeling good or if you got something going on or if you need a break you could have just told them hey I'm nauseaous I have heat exhaustion I'm going to go take a break no the only thing they care about is making money they're favorite line is "how soon can you get to the next one" clearly they don't care about nothing you just said And if you refuse to do a service your fired Also the app they use messes up 24/7 you have to take pictures of everything before and after they give you services at rental car companies make you do 7-22 cars by your self and those rental car companies keep adding more Oh yeah they also have meetings every morning and if you say anything that disagrees with them they write you up or fire you what happen to freedom of speech And last but not least they tell you to do 65 in a 70 you can't go over 65 or they will fire u if you go 1 over like that's impossible not to drive 1 over you have to keep up with the flow of traffic or merge you that will cause a accident alone but hey not my company good luck to you if you read this and decide you want to become a auto detailer hands on
