Rampant favoritism - there is no acknowledgement of expertise and a complete lack of meritocracy, which is why the company is struggling. While every job requires a little bit of ring-kissing, GetWell takes it to a whole new level. 3. When the experts in the room respectfully disagree with the executives, they are banished to corporate Siberia and replaced by Yes-men 4. Expectation to work and have meetings on weekends 5. No psychological safety when senior leaders keep talking about transitioning people out in every meeting 6. HORRIBLE benefits and tech stack - one of the cheapest companies out there.
