      - Excellent team to work together with - Leadership really cares about the growth and well-being of employees - Amazing work-life balance and flexible working hours - Company uses tech stacks which are modern and industry standard - Be a part of the company that's making the significant and actual difference in helping the environment

      None actually. It's been great. I'm not in Singapore so I would love to visit the office and meet my team.

      - Amazing management team - Great culture, most are millenials & Gen Zs, can get along very very well - Free snacks - Nice office location

      - Can be stressful at times, cuz its a startup, but you'll learn a lot from management, and have a lot of support from the team

      Great place to grow and learn. Understanding managers who are invested in not only your career growth but personal too. They ensure that you're not too overworked and they operate on trust and encouraging you to be the best versions of yourself

      Having to hit quotas as we reach for new KPIs and break expectations every quarter
