A very small company, we did very well working together and finding ourselves. We delivered on a large scale.
Cons
A very small company, an unexpected and costly change in regulations led to a significant re-org. I understand the company made it through these adjustments. Ultra-focus on inclusion was becoming exclusive for some toward the end of my time there.
