Pros
At the office, when it was a thing (before Covid) there was an awesome unity among people. People genuinely care about each other If you like to learn rapidly and also under ever changing priorities, this a great place.
Cons
Below average pay. My salary negotiations have been delayed three times, even though I was seen as a "high-performer". Got 1% increase in salary over almost two years of working there. People are going down with stress one after another. Holidays are always approved in the last moment. Too few people meaning it is not uncommon to do multiple people's work - and this with the lack of extra compensation.
