no established processes no onboarding plan discrimination, sexism was strongly present. And it came especially from the manager towards young woman that joined the team. The manager didn't hire these girls fyi A lot of talking but I couldn't notice any orgasation in projects and correctly assign jobs, so there was no structure from the managmebnt side. The company needs to learn using some digital tools to improve efficency otherwise it's constant talking without any documentation accessible for staff. I was receiving rude emails from another employee when being on sick. HQ doesn't have even a solid source of truth on who is on duty. Another example of lack of rersources for better managment. Listen to people, just address the issues to relevant people. Don't leave them because somebody's title isn't sufficient from your perspective.
