Pros
unfortunately I can't find a good reason to work at Getir right now. But if you don't like working, you can work for a long time and get promoted just by being close to the management. This is valid for the technology side.
Cons
Inexperienced senior management. Human resources department that does not support anything. Inability to distinguish between employees who do work and those who pretend to do work. Not allowing a woman on maternity leave to use her maternity and breastfeeding leave in order to fire her. Mobbing. Unfair compensations & benefits Not keeping promises.
