      Atmosphere is one where each success is praised. Each stumble has a hand outstretched to help you up. The pay is incredible for a commission based position with no limit. The workers are more then co-workers. They become your friends and family

      Cons

      There are no cons unless you are not willing to put in the hard work necessary to be successful in life.
