      Office is old, the people there are not as friendly as you think. Promised training opportunities and mentorship but immediately started working on a project without any prior experience and knowledge, blamed for slow progress and constantly pushed with pressure

      - The onboarding process includes a welcome meme and a virtual scavenger hunt. - Managers actually listen—unless it’s budget season, then they mysteriously vanish. - You’ll learn more acronyms than a CIA analyst.

      Cons

      - The “flexible hours” sometimes mean 9 AM to 9 PM. - The office playlist is a chaotic mix of lo-fi beats and Gregorian chants. - One meeting was just a slideshow of raccoons. No one explained why
