Pros

None. None at all. I dropped out.

Cons

Even when babysat by a professional recruiter, who should know better than to exhibit such behaviors at candidates (and failed): this company cannot conceal the ridiculously toxic behavior of its management.

Pros

Working on the most advanced AI capabilities for communication, and being able to bring that to some of the largest companies in the world

Cons

If you can't handle an industry disrupter moving at a very fast pace, I guess that can be a con

Pros

Genuinely cutting-edge technology. Giga's platform, spanning Agent Canvas, Smart Insights, Voice Experience, and the newly launched Browser Agent, is ahead of where the market is heading, not where it already is. Working on this stuff is intellectually exciting every single day. Real traction with real customers. We're not vaporware. Pilots with household-name enterprise brands (DoorDash is already public) give the work a sense of real-world stakes and impact at massive scale. Well-funded and growing fast. The $61M Series A gives the company real runway and the hyper-growth means there's enormous opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow your career quickly. Mission that matters. Transforming how enterprises handle customer support, across chat, voice, and now browser, with multilingual, multimodal AI is a genuinely meaningful problem. You feel the impact. Tight, talented team. At this stage, you're working closely with some brilliant people and every person's contribution is visible and valued.

Cons

Fast pace means ambiguity is the norm. Priorities shift quickly, processes are still being built, and you need to be comfortable operating without a complete playbook. Not for everyone. Work-life balance requires self-management. The energy is contagious but it can also be all-consuming. Setting your own boundaries is important. Still early-stage growing pains. Some internal tooling, documentation, and cross-team communication structures are still maturing, expect to help build them rather than inherit them.
