Lots of room to own and run with what you feel is important and valuable. Generally friendly environment. Exciting product lines and technology. Excellent area, good balance. Stock option potential.
Cons
Lack of direction from the top-down, lack of feedback, sparce communication between teams, infrequent reviews and raises, sharing too many hats, expensive health care options(common problem today), slim 401K matching.
