Pros
I have been working here as a senior manager for more than a year now. Work pressure is next to non-existent. So work life balance should be easy. Plenty of leave that you can take. If you are a fresher from college, you might find the predominantly young crowd a plus point.
Cons
The HR policies here are very bad - poor hiring practices and HR meddling results in mediocre engineering talent being hired and poor retention. Career path progression is badly managed, with way too many designations and layers in the heirarchy. Decision making and authority is all vested in the headquarters in the US. I am planning to leave as soon as I can find another job.
