I am working here as a module lead (Tech Support). Being in a lead position, I could refine my leadership skills. It’s a big responsibility to direct a team. I thank my seniors and other superiors for trusting me over this responsibility. Even with the responsibility I handle, I am always open to take suggestions and opinions from my team. I think, everyone has something to give and take. It’s like a team work. Also, in my routine job, my superiors play a major role in guiding me. I thank them for their such helpful and kind nature.
