The company is highly innovative and consistently ahead of the curve in Data Science and AI. The culture is respectful, inclusive, and refreshingly non-hierarchical and every voice is heard and valued. There’s a strong emphasis on continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements. They genuinely value proactive individuals who take ownership and drive initiatives forward. It remains one of my all-time favourite workplaces.

Frequent innovation brings frequent change. There were instances where I had to rewrite significant portions of code, which was really frustrating. However, I recognize that in a startup focused on red teaming and countering rapidly evolving AI threats, such agility and adaptability are essential.

Very young and well-prepared team, full of professionals with experience and knowledge in the field. Everyone is friendly and kind, making a great working environment.

There is no clear hierarchy (not on paper but in the actions), and everyone is free to do what they think is best, which can make things a bit confusing overall. Moreover, there are people with a lot of motivation and people with very little, and depending on the project you work on, this can influence your experience.
