      Pros

      This is a great company that seems to have a knack for hiring hard working, good people. Very organized and dedicated roadmap/vision for the product and overall company. Lots of opportunity to contribute and be creative!

      Cons

      Not really a con, but there are some general (and from my vantage point, minor) growing pains that come along with a company in "growth" mode.
