      Too much attrition, bad decisioning on part of Microsoft. US teams did not prefer indian counterparts

      Remote work with some really great team mates

      Cons

      Currently GitHub seems to be all over the place and with some key Leadership moving on, the replacements seem to be mainly coming from MSFT.
