Pros
Fully remote work and relative flexibility. Compensation seems to be competitive from what I can tell.
Cons
I listed fully remote work as a pro, but it can also be a con when new leaders come in who don't understand how to operate a company remotely. Over the last year there has been increasing chaos. Nearly the entire C-suite is new and the vision communicated for the company by the C-suite has been very unclear. The new leaders don't understand the company's values and seem to be eroding the transparency and trust that existed before.
