Cons
A lot of decisions are top down. Senior management basically don't accept diversity in opinions Senior management tends to prefer employees who talks better and are good in their presentation skills. Often promotion is not by merit and depends how "visible" are you in front of senior management staff Employee benefits have worsen as the years went by Too much emphasise on measurement of KPIs that it resulted to large number of staff focusing on how to make their KPI results looks better (letting KPIs manage us than we managing the KPIs)
