      Pros

      Organization and process well sctructured. New joiners can easliy access all information as everything is weel organized.

      Cons

      Salary is far too low compared to the work needed to be done. Employees are expeted to be responsible of things to which they have not sign on. Really dificult to advance at a certain step in a career path. Educations for growth is just in brackets provided, being completly ignored at the end.
