Pros
Working in a plaza may feel nice.
Cons
-Horrible management: Executive management is not educated on digital operations, therefore will not let mid-level management perform their own up-to-date strategies. Out of 5 mid-level managers in Maslak Office, 4 were forced to quit their jobs or fired within less than a month. -False corporate image: You will be tricked into thinking Glamira is corporate while even a grocery has a more corporate outlook on their business. -Military discipline: You will be forced to be present at your desk at 8.45 and coming late will be documented even if you arrive at 8:46. -Illegal working hours: You will not be paid any extra time and you may be forced to work until 00.00 during busy campaign periods. -Severe mobbing: If you work in the Yenibosna branch, which is the headquarter of the company, you will be yelled at with some really nasty words by the managers. -You will be forced to work in an old-school way with some old-school strategies and will still be punished for poor results. -No feedback culture: Any mistake will be punished with dismissal. -LOW SALARIES: You will be UNDERPAID severely. -Heavy monitoring and no trust towards employees: Your computer will be monitored by TimeDoctor. -Using phones and going to the toilet draws negative attention. You are expected to follow the rules of corporate slavery or you're kicked out with no explanation. -Homophobic and misogynistic behavior in general.
