Honestly no cons that I can think of

・ you get a ton of hands-on experience (content, strategy, production, everything) ・ extremely creative environment where your ideas actually get used ・ you learn quickly because you're trusted with real responsibilities early on ・ exciting projects, collabs, and campaigns that keep the work fresh

・ very fast-paced, so you have to adapt quickly ・ workload can be heavy during launches or big campaigns ・ processes can feel unstructured at times since the team is small ・ not always a clear distinction between roles, so you wear many hats
