Pros
The starting salary is OK and the Office Manager is a great guy.
Cons
They offer NO BENEFITS of any kind. No health insurance, 401K, paid time off, vacation days, nothing, nada, zilch. The company vehicles are falling apart and there are constant financial problems. The owner of the company is verbally abusive to employees.
