Pros
Lots of room to grow until you hit the District Team Leader stage unless you live in GTA. Uncapped commission is great and has amazing benefits for family. RRSP Contributions that increase with tenure.
Cons
The salary of the management team is rough barely making more than minimum wage, and is a struggle to get an improvement and often just told to sell more. Usually only get $1-2 more than minimum wage. As Minimum Wage continues to grow yearly. Management team continually has to fight to be paid more hourly for the abundance of operational tasks and time removed from sales floor to put out fires.
