Pros

- Small scale company - No extra work on saturday

Cons

- Not a good working culture, in the sense partiality is there between old employee and new comers - Older employees are behaving very arrogantly and rudely, egoistic problems will occur between old employees and new comes if new comers are technically strong in some fields more than him/her - You must have to forget totally about your past company experience, learning and everything otherwise they will force you to leave the company. By not assigning the projects, rude behaviour, etc... - Very very very low salary package. For 3 years experience only 2.6 LPA - No chance of exploring and getting excellence of your skills for new comers, until you start politics with old employees

This is contrary to our company culture. Technical Leaders and Managers handhold all new employees to integrate in the team and coach them. Company has quarterly programs to eliminate the barriers. We have open forum sessions to discuss problems and people can submit them anonymously or in person to management without any hindrance. The company has given salary raises in Covid-19 times and paid more than committed bonuses to people! We have a good reputation among our customers / ecosystem and company is growing in-spite of Covid-19 impact on market. We have at least a dozen persons who had joined with 1 to 3 years experience and grown to team leaders and working with company for 3 to 6 years. We have several freshers who started with us and still working with us. We don’t have any engineer leaving in recent past matching to experience and salary level mentioned, it seems to be a review with wrong intention written after a long period of leaving the company. We give opportunity to engineers from other domain and once they catch up salary is no bar. So, it may be a case of non-relevant past experience. The salary mentioned is comparable to fresher salary. Sometimes, the person comes from a particular culture and is trying to find the same in new company. All companies have different culture and person needs to have patience.
