Pros
Has a great staff working for them now. The owner plays an active role in making sure his employees are healthy and happy in their work environment.
Cons
It's a growing company and it seems like they are skimping on important things like new equipment for both shooters & editors, even office space, which can make the company come across as cheap to their clients.
They also don't have a "Human Resources" sector with an objective employee which I think is essential to any company.
Along with office space -- the location of the office doesn't scream "wedding company". The building itself is old and outdated (employees have 1 bathroom and no 'break room' with kitchen etc., and no way to get clean water for drinking), and compared to other photo/video offices in the BC area it just doesn't scream "we're professional and put together, we can afford to give you the best wedding experience possible!"
You get paid once a month -- though you can ask for an advance! This just usually is pretty hard for employees on a strict budget, and payroll is only available on set days per month, that change.
