Pros
As an entrepreneurial minded worker, this was a challenging possition that allowed me to make important choices, take ownership, drive creative teams/projects and contribute to the growth/acquisition by a publicly traded company. In all - very positive
Cons
the only real con was the dispersed team. Great to get together with everyone from time to time, but in a fast paced startup it's a constant obstacle.
