Pros
it used to be a good company, but not many pros now
Cons
lack of exposure of real talent to top mgmt, which leads to not so deserving people being promoted poor IT leadership poor technical leadership almost redundant and zero value year end review process almost everyone talk of same problems yet no one ever addresses them and still those people get promoted those with most horrendous track record get best positions unnecessary mundane weekly processes unnecessary and flooding weekly reports and updates no direction per say anyone who wants to do anything is given go ahead because most of the times the line manager is so unskilled that they can almost always be fooled into believing it the list can go on . . . . . looking for a right opportunity to leave the organization
