      purpose driven work friendly team good pay 9 to 5 so good work-life balance remote working was fine

      Cons

      work can be dull and very tedious (I was a language consultant/research assistant so can't comment on other areas of work)

      Pros

      People-centric and kind colleagues Low stress environment. 9-5 job Knowledgeable colleagues. Interesting topics

      Cons

      Felt a bit stagnant. Some people in mid + management had stayed too long. Was in need of a shake up Pay was TERRIBLE. Pay culture was based on tenure. Small incremental increases Temporary contracts and limited progression made people very defensive of responsibilities. Not a growth culture. Use Global Canopy as a stepping stone into the sector. It’s not really the kind of place you build a career. The people that have, maybe they can’t get a job elsewhere?
