      Pros

      GC was full of genuinely impressive and smart people, working on high-profile projects. Didn't really reflect any of the negative reporting of the company in my experience.

      Cons

      The whole company being made redundant following administration is an obvious negative.

      Intellectually curious, genuinely nice, interesting people to work with, no matter where they are in the world.

      Some growing pains as company expands, but management seem to be on top of it.
