Pros

The people are really great to work with. The company puts a lot of effort into creating a positive work culture.

Cons

Dishonesty from the start. At my interview I was told that top earners can make $80,000 - $100,000 a year. This is not the case at all. In order to even come close to that you have to cut corners and do the job in such a way that you don’t actually give the customer quality service. Many CSRs will not help their customers and instead will ghost customers and let the customer call back in again only to get help from another CSR. The company makes a big point about developing its employees career wise but the opportunities are extremely limited. Overall the worst part is not being able to make the money promised and not being able to develop career-wise. Quite disappointing as I did enjoy the people that I worked with.

Can't think of any cons other than most employees must reside in Houston and I don't live there anymore.

Absolutely NO pros working here

Cons

Company is terrible. Favoritism shown, policies constantly change for the benefit of higher ups. HR is involved with associates there is no separation of the two. Managers do absolutely NO work. No raises are ever considered. The company refuse doctor notes if written out for medical conditions the company is POOR!
