- Wasn’t always assigned to interesting tasks or projects, which is expected for an intern. - Not enough time or structured training for the final project, so it felt rushed.

-Elite exposure to complex work at a top Investor -Good name on the resume with BLK platform to leverage -Though many people say otherwise, technology enablement is encouraged which i find to be helpful -Good resources from BLK and GIP to utilize for career exposure -Good breaks at mid Aug and end of year! (best perk IMO) -There are some good people here, just have to find 'em

-unusual ongoing turnover since BLK acquisition (sort of expected) -Limited access to senior leadership -Virtually no company culture -Stuck up personalities (inflated egos) across the office, unfortunately
