- exposure of agency experience - good mentorship (depending on the mentor you get, my experience was quite good but i didnt realised it back then) - allows you to explore different roles and work - good for you to figure out if agency life is what you want

- you might need to OT if your work is not done end of day - you need to learn how to manage your time wisely for projects that you are involved with

The working atmosphere is quite good. Most colleagues are aged between 25-35, and communication between different departments is encouraged.

The working hours are too long, with a strict clock-in policy and unpaid overtime. The salary is relatively uncompetitive given these conditions.
